Pros
Flat organization. If you value autonomy and want additional scope, it's yours for the taking. A great place to learn and grow, but you (absolutely) must be a self-starter if you want to succeed, especially in the revenue-generating business units (Turbine Sales, Service Sales, or Project Development). Some truly great employees. Morale can fluctuate a lot by department, but the people are amazing!
Cons
Danish parent applies rules to regional BUs which often leaves local leadership little control. Comp is below market across all business units. Global Bonus is touted as offsetting lower base pay but is rarely paid out in full, if at all. Stock is only awarded to VP and above. With bonuses rarely getting paid and executive management touting the importance of shareholder value, it doesn't send a great message. Most business units are under cost-cutting measures, if you're a cost not revenue center, good luck getting annual raises that keep up with inflation.
