      Everything.....I love this company more than any other I have worked for. I have been working various industries since I was 15 and I am now 45 so 30 years in the work force and this company surprises me in a good day every single day I come into work. The training, the open communication, it feels like you are visiting with friends and family every work day. How they help so many veterans is such a great feeling. I love VG

      Cons

      Only con I have had so far is a few people they hired around the same time as me,but that is something they have no control over.

      Pros

      The mission is incredible and the people who work here are amazing. The pay and benefits are above what others provide and the work environment is the most flexible I've seen. Management cares about every employee and goes out of their way to take care of people, and some will never even know about it.

      Cons

      Negative employees who are only interested in themselves ruin it for everyone else.

      I mean, you get paid.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership. Be careful working here, there are people that will always be protected and you’re probably not one of them. One day the truth will come out.
