Cons
Going downhill fast. Lower than average compensation. Internal communication is poor, with marketing, HR, and sales often misaligned or adversarial. Internal support doesn't respond to emails. Overbuilt middle management act as babysitters, Technology systems are substandard and unreliable — CRM platform goes down periodically and does not function well or provide useful information. Does not work in areas of challenged internet (rural areas). No transparency around bonus calculations, and numbers / data is hard to verify. Sales support is minimal with limited materials and no printing allowance. Limited operating funds for clinic training. Morale has been impacted by unexpected layoffs, departures, scrambled and urgent BOGO promotions, and changes in focus. Turnover is higher than almost any other company in the industry.
