      Pros

      Engineering team is strong and the team is wonderful to work with. Lots of opportunity to be creative in your role.

      Cons

      Top leadership is weak. CEO is out of touch with with the culture and unfortunately never seemed to care. Company is financially unstable.

      Pros

      As a start-up I get to be part of so much more than I ever could be in a more established organization. The team is quick moving and able to pivot on a dime also open to new ways of doing things.

      Cons

      Identical to the Pros - some people prefer a swim lane and a great deal of precedent to work from. Comfort with an entrepreneurial atmosphere is not where everyone can be their best. If the Pros actually sound like Cons to you - this is not a good fit!
