Pros

Pros turn out to be Cons after you join. End of career if you take up an offer. Good pay on the paper but lot of deductions apart from taxes.

Cons

No 401K employer contribution, no PTO approval, no work life balance, no Stocks for engineers compared to other startups. No actual product even after being around since 2014. Mergers kills, No in-flow cash, always a fear of layoff and company going bankrupt. Management receives fat paycheck and benefits than engineers. Cant pursue other careers around in a similar industry unless you sue them for their non compete agreement.

Engineering team is strong and the team is wonderful to work with. Lots of opportunity to be creative in your role.

Cons

Top leadership is weak. CEO is out of touch with with the culture and unfortunately never seemed to care. Company is financially unstable.
