Pros

I truly appreciate how well the staff works together and maintains strong communication as a team. The employees at ViaMar Health excel at advocating for patients and consistently deliver exceptional care. The organization upholds high standards by adhering to both business and clinical ethics, ensuring best practices are followed every step of the way.

Cons

One concern is the noticeable turnover in key positions—including therapists, dietitians, the clinical director, and BHT staff—within less than two years. Greater staff retention, particularly in clinical roles, would help strengthen consistency of care and program stability.

Pros

Helping patients reduce ED behaviors and get to a place where they are more sustainable

Cons

Pay is below average, company culture not welcoming, leadership and management is not organized and consists of emails and teams messages for feedback, company is constantly switching platforms, teams, zoom, RingCentral, CTM you name it (back and forth too), no formal training provided during transition of platforms or for new clinicians in field, clinicians leaving related to pay and difficulties with company changing responsibilities frequently meaning turn over is higher, don’t feel valued as an employee, some employees haven’t gotten a raise even after a promotion, lack of procedures/ SOPs, if you need a sick day all your work just gets condensed into the next 4 days instead of 5 so it’s not really even worth it to call out because you end up with the same workload and less pay if you don’t have time off
