Good schedule, usually get requested days off, paid holidays, no weekends, benefits after 3 months. Casual dress code. Let us listen to music while working. Pto after 1 year.
Cons
Terrible pay. Management rarely gives praise or shows appreciation. All you hear is that you not are moving fast enough when in reality you are dripping with sweat and dying from the heat. Did I mention there is no air condition. Management is nice to your face but talk behind your back. Don't expect any sort of raise or incentives. I have been here for over a year and have been given more responsibilities but no compensation. They also expect all employees to take turns cleaning bathrooms and break rooms. Lots of favouritism. Some employees can do whatever they want and can do no wrong while otbers are criticized for everything. They pretty much treat you like slaves. They only thing missing is the whip. Turnover rate is insane. It's a miracle if someone lasts for more then 3 months.
