Pros
Current employee's/direct managers are great people to work with. I have nothing bad to say about any of the people I work directly with. Pay with bonus is not half bad, and the team works well together to complete big projects.
Cons
45 minute lunch. Must bring your own lunch and stay on premise during lunch. Very low pay without bonus. Taking on new responsibility does NOT mean higher pay. Even though they will elude to the possibility but never give promises.

Management is easy to get along with, even the owners. Safety is always number 1. Room to move up within. BBQ every month for all employees. You learn a lot about technology (servers, pc's, terminals, networking gear, phone systems etc). Company cares for its employees. yearly hearing test, noise test and air test. Very hard to get fired from...
Cons
Dusty You will be on your feet but you get a break every two hours or less. Hot when it's hot. Cold when it's cold.
