Great benefits that start on day 1, generous PTO and flex time, good opportunities for anyone who wants to grow with a Company. They do fun activities through out the year and always giving away prizes/gift cards.

Nothing that I can think of

Decent benefits, generally comfortable working conditions, thoughtful employee perks (free coffee, employee appreciation events, quarterly bonus program)

HR and management allowed sexual harassment complaints to go uninvestigated and unresolved. Upper management was forced to eliminate the shift I was on and layoff approximately 40 people due to their own complete and utter lack of strategic foresight and planning.
