      The only pro I can think of is some of the people that work there. Other than that there is not any other pro

      Disorganized Lack of ongoing support and training Lack of career development Micro management from the owners “HR” treats everyone like kindergarteners, completely unqualified Talking about work is perceived as not working Clique mentality. If you aren’t married into the family or close to HR your job isn’t safe Was asked to take a pay-cut because they can’t pay their bills due to the owners lavish lifestyle. Shall I continue?

      The manager I had was hard to work for, she did not have the experience needed to manage.

      Absolutely none that I could think of because there are none.

      Cons

      Overmanaged and under served on every level. Incredibly greedy owners who have no idea how to run a business anywhere but into the ground. The only even remotely good thing is the people outside of management who work here, most of them are great!
