The only pro I can think of is some of the people that work there. Other than that there is not any other pro
Cons
Disorganized Lack of ongoing support and training Lack of career development Micro management from the owners “HR” treats everyone like kindergarteners, completely unqualified Talking about work is perceived as not working Clique mentality. If you aren’t married into the family or close to HR your job isn’t safe Was asked to take a pay-cut because they can’t pay their bills due to the owners lavish lifestyle. Shall I continue?
