None, the ferro higher ups and vibrantz higher ups don’t respect or care about their employees.
Cons
They’re more worried about getting sued than caring about their employees, they acquired micro abrasives in September of 2024 and made a great company absolutely miserable to work for. Froze raises and bonuses which they gloated about and took away 401 k match. Hire a full time safety person that can’t walk the shop, Nevermind not having a hr person in the building for any help, have to call them in ny due to them only coming in house once a month for a day/ what’s the point! only the squeaky wheels get the grease. Absolute joke of a company, multiple presidents and ceos in a short span show how bad this company is. Will not be surprised if they sell the company within 3 years. Ty for acquiring us and wasting 18 years of my life and work experience.
