Pros

If you are one of the few fulltime employees at your location, you receive amazing benefits. The gratis program is always always gracious. Good pay if you work in management.

Cons

It is always the blame game! Store managers never wants to take accountability for their stores performance, so they take it out on their employees and point fingers. District managers do not like communicating with anyone under the SM. Your daily task are never ending, no matter what position you are in & you almost NEVER leave work on time. The amount of drama between the employees is ridiculous & is never handled in the correct manner. The retail stores have a high turn over rate because of this. Training is almost non existent.. you are required to two two short days of orientation videos and then you are thrown to the wolves. Corporate will change their mind about the visuals in the store almost on a daily basis, as a CEM your job is never over & it will take over all of your time.. even when you are not on the clock. The ethics department will call constantly about anonymous calls that are made by employees and they will almost always waste your time entertaining any false claim.

Pros

Have met some amazing coworkers. Brand itself is fun.

Cons

Sudden Return to Work mandate 3 days in NY or OH SIX years after COVID. Any current employees outside of those states are being let go if they don’t uproot their lives and relocate. Many employees in those states built their lives around what seemed to be a permanent remote flexibility arrangement (most companies went back in 23). When Hillary Super came on she even stated in one of her first Q&A’s on remote work that where people do their jobs wasn’t a big concern for her as long as we continued to drive the business forward. The business is doing the best it ever has in the last five years. Leadership reasoning for mandate is continuing to fall flat. Mandate came absolutely out of NOWHERE.
