Pros

30% discount, monthly gratis, biggest store in Europe, beautiful store, wonderful brand, flagship store, great for your resume, amazing people.

Cons

Too many cons to be honest. I wouldn't waste my time applying for such an awful company. Great brand but to work there is a nightmare. No social/work life balance very long hours, late finishes, disorganised management, too much pressure on selling, SPAH (sales per Associate hour), hitting targets and making money. The commission scheme is a joke too. Selling team get 3% senior sales 8% other job roles and departments are told and advised to sell/up sell but don't get any commission at all. Managers favourite a lot of people, seems like you have to kiss their bum holes to get promoted. The turn over rate is disgusting. Staff always leaving new staff joining for them leave again after 3 months. when I left the company 6 other people left the same day/week and I have recently heard that 30 people have handed their notices in within 10 days including managers. The store manager is clearly not doing anything about this matter, because if I was a store manager and could see so many people leaving, I would question what the problem is. It's not worth the money, time or stress to be honest. I was only there for 7 months but was relieved when I finally walked out those doors. I learnt nothing about bras/ measuring during my 7 months there as I was stuck behind the tills all day for 8 hours!! They sell you so much dreams at the interviews/ training but in reality is was probably the worst job and experience I have ever had.

Pros

Have met some amazing coworkers. Brand itself is fun.

Cons

Sudden Return to Work mandate 3 days in NY or OH SIX years after COVID. Any current employees outside of those states are being let go if they don’t uproot their lives and relocate. Many employees in those states built their lives around what seemed to be a permanent remote flexibility arrangement (most companies went back in 23). When Hillary Super came on she even stated in one of her first Q&A’s on remote work that where people do their jobs wasn’t a big concern for her as long as we continued to drive the business forward. The business is doing the best it ever has in the last five years. Leadership reasoning for mandate is continuing to fall flat. Mandate came absolutely out of NOWHERE.
