Toxic work environment Strong opinions Bad communication from leadership People constantly leaving the company While the internship program itself has a large class of interns, you likely will be your only intern member on your team — which creates a whole host of inconsistency in onboarding / communications. Also, while the internship program does a good job of standardizing the recruitment process (intern specific), there is zero structure or funnel in place to convert these interns to full time hires. Every team within the organization runs differently, but in my sector, they were unable to issue any full time returns bc HR does not plan for that. It’s so strange. They kinda just leave you in the dust under the veil of “open roles are dependent on current business needs”.
