Different challenges every day, room to advance, exciting and fast paced. No one is going to spell out what you do every day here which is the best and worst part. If you like being able to blaze your own trail and can take ownership of your own actions then this is the place for you.

Can be difficult juggling tasks and also can be hard to focus. This place isn't for everyone. I see some reviews that are from folks that can't seem to handle their own priorities and are more focused on placing their own shortcomings on "bosses" and "management" instead of being a professional and taking ownership. If you are someone that can't see an opportunity and take advantage or someone that needs to be spoon fed what you do everyday, don't work here. There are plenty of other places that you would be happier at and you are wasting everyone's time.

Love the people, a lot of refined systems in production have taken place, enjoyed the work, fast paced so you need to be prepared or know what you are doing. Aaaand Glassdoor is making me do this review....

Kind of a laid back person, so no cons, there will always be workplace complaints but overall, had a good time in my 7 years there
