Pros
1. Opportunity to work on new technologies like Vertica, AWS..etc as Company is operating on Cloud. 2. Talent is never ignored 3. Good growth Rate 4. Company organizes events for employees such as outings,Lunch..etc 5. Free Food and Snacks. 6. flexibility for Work life balance and much more. 7. Good Salary though hikes were less, people have been recruited with high salaries. After hike also Salaries are higher than market rates.
Cons
1. Less onsite opportunities(Wont agree with one of the above that there is no onsite) but fine as right talents are getting opportunities. we cant expect much from Start-up 2. No Transport facility.
