Startup culture. It gives me to opportunity to explore myself, take initiatives, voice opinions and make a difference. It is a fast paced organization which is well on it's way to make its mark in the healthcare analytics segment. Great future prospects. Great technical work and get opportunity to participate in all stages of project lifecycle. Good pay scales and stock options.
Cons
I wouldn't call it a con, but it is essential to understand and appreciate startup culture which brings along its share of trials and challenges. Certainly a con for people who are looking for a very comfortable or slow moving environment.
