Pros
a) Location , free lunch , flexible timing b) Good pay structure , fixed salary,no variable component c) Most of the people are technically superb ,doesn't matter how much experience they have.
Cons
It started India operation with great promises.Hired talented people.People were respected,appreciated. Then happened what Indian management is great at doing , messing up simple things. Suddenly it started firing people randomly and that too good people. Now it's just another service based company under the name of cloud based product startup company. Also the fake reviews in Glassdoor gives an idea that even this is not a safe place to know about a company.Just find a common connection before joining the company and do not join unless you get a 60-100% hike.
