The management team is very supportive of each other and the providers all have the patient's best interest in mind.

No work life balance if you are in management. You spend all day in meetings and then begin your work afterwards, leading to working evenings and weekends. The COO micromanages and is very hard on her management team, leading to high turnover. The pay does not meet industry standards and does not compensate for the stressful work environment.
