Pros

-Efficient order ticketing with clear schedules for production that are visible -Catered lunches once in awhile, sometimes when you work late they will buy you dinner -High-spend clients at large companies mean that clients are often very professional and easy to work with -Skilled production team -Reasonably efficient order intake system -Convenient location -24 hour schedule means it's easier to accomplish large projects -CEO is a nice guy

Cons

-Incredibly low pay. -They will cut your hours to save money when things are slow, with no notice. -Sales Department gets all the credit for all your hard work and gets extremely high pay, but many of them don't actually know what they're doing. Your job is to make them look good, but they don't have to work with you or treat you with respect. -Management expects perfect work without giving you enough resources to actually do your work, or a salary that would allow you to have an adaquate work/life balance. They are nice to you, but see you as completely disposable. -No resources or training provided to customer service to assist them in doing their jobs. If you're experienced you will end up doing all the work, while other people goof off or write bad order tickets. -There is no position to get promoted into, so it's not a great place for career advancement.

Pros

The company culture is somewhat good. But good is relative. They buy food pretty often and they try to do a collaborative event each month, which is nice. I miss seeing the President's face. Hi A!

Cons

They are very judgmental. Management treats people as if they work in a sweat shop. They pretend to be so sophisticated but they're a fraud. It is a revolving door in that place. A lot of favoritism and there is no room for growth, so do not even waste your time.
