-They will cut your hours to save money when things are slow, with no notice.
-Sales Department gets all the credit for all your hard work and gets extremely high pay, but many of them don't actually know what they're doing. Your job is to make them look good, but they don't have to work with you or treat you with respect.
-Management expects perfect work without giving you enough resources to actually do your work, or a salary that would allow you to have an adaquate work/life balance. They are nice to you, but see you as completely disposable.
-No resources or training provided to customer service to assist them in doing their jobs. If you're experienced you will end up doing all the work, while other people goof off or write bad order tickets.
-There is no position to get promoted into, so it's not a great place for career advancement.
