Super fast paced can be overwhelming sometimes but it's a good problem to have.

The role provided solid experience in manufacturing and assembly processes. Attendance and performance expectations were clear, and I consistently met them.

Workplace culture was heavily influenced by internal politics. Decisions at times appeared to be based on informal feedback and complaints rather than documented performance or objective evaluation. Despite maintaining good attendance and performance with no formal write-ups, I was laid off without prior documented concerns.
