8yI really appreciate the time that you have taken to leave your review. During your employment I am pleased to know that you enjoy the benefits such as the free memberships and incentives. There have been some restructures within our Milton keynes Customer services centre. This is due to the number of Clubs that we now own in the UK. We hire fixed term contracts into the business when needed at the time. We are upfront to our employee's about the nature of the contract and encourage them to take up other opportunities that are available across the business when their contract comes to an end. We do offer a range of development opportunities that can also be discussed with your line Manager which I encourage you to do. We communicate changes to the business in an appropriate manor and time to our employees. We sensitively follow company guidelines to also suit our members.
