Decent work environment for not great pay - Fitness Instructor Virgin Active Employee Review

Sometimes boring if there's not much going on Pretty bad pay The managers were all great but my direct manager singled me out and I'm not sure why. Would make me clean a lot more than was required of my job role and had very obvious favourites which weren't directly linked to your job performance but just if he decided it was that way. I do believe this particular manager was eventually let go.
