Amazing work life balance, incredibly smart and talented teammates, great culture, unique product offering enabling access to space, challenging work, opportunity to learn
Cons
Terrible C suite executives, especially CEO. Poor business plan, caught up in too many short term changes. Clearly at this point the cash burn was way too rapid, leadership not once cut back on spending. Could have easily stopped hiring, cut back on orders, cut back on renovations. Maybe even postponed the Cornwall launch until the launch vehicle was mature.
