Great place to work. You will get raises maybe slowly, but you will. Everyone is nice and the environment is good

There is lots of turnover

Everyone there believed in the mission, work felt important and the camaraderie in our little corner felt good

Some weird tension between atty's and legal staff at times, some of the churn could be disheartening tough to deal with (not really the organization's fault though), felt a little disposable (and I mean, ultimately, that's true!)
