Cons
At the moment everything. When i first started i could tell the company cared about its employees, I’d recommend that company to anyone. Not anymore. I’d even go as far to say they don’t even really care about their members. You have an HR department that doesn’t do it’s job, they only work to cover the companies behind. This HR is the worst I’ve ever seen, they truly pretend to care with a passion. You have people coming to you with concerns and pretend to take care of it but only push it under the rug. You don’t have the right people working here, and it shows. This company is all about favoritism and backstabbing. There are tons of employees here that break their backs here, only to get run over in the end. You chose a company to pay out attendants for the care of OUR MEMBERS, who have gone months without getting paid and that issue has been going on for months even years. I’d really like you all to take calls from members every day some even crying because they about to lose their attandent because they can’t get paid and they can’t afford to pay them out of their own pockets. You bring in people for C suite positions who have no interaction with their employees. They change like the weather. You change up the program ever couple of weeks. You hand out things that need to be done on Friday and give out deadlines that aren’t realistic and then get mad that they aren’t finished. Poop travels down at VPHP and that is every week. You don’t have enough Care Coordinators to do the job it takes to keep up with our member, and HALF or more of Care Coordinators you do have don’t do their job. Don’t answer calls from member who have been calling for weeks to speak to them. So the MCS team has to pick up ALL the slack of the CARE Coordinators. You don’t hold people accountable. You fire people over the smallest of things but have the audacity to keep horrible supervisors, racist employees and more. who have been complained on by multiple people. Also you have openings for positions in house and management has already picked who they wanted before the interviews start, you have recommendations from supervisors holding people back because of personal vendettas. HR should already know about that. I could go on but I’d be here all day.
