Extremely Frustrating Business - Anonymous employee Viridor Employee Review

Management is horrendous. Nobody is valued in this business. Everyone can be easily be replaced. Bleed you dry, chew you up and spit you out. Service levels are very poor and the lack of direction or consistency of business direction is so frustrating and staff are treated like cattle.
