Pros

Very friendly place to work with some very down to earth characters. Benefits scheme is OK with Axa Employee Assistance, Cycle Scheme and retail discounts all a plus.

Cons

Weak HR function leads to a myriad of issues. A recent company-wide redundancy in March 2016 was poorly executed and saw a lot of talented people leave the business. A recent multi-million £ IT ERP system was scrapped after years of work.
