      Lunch on Fridays, Company events, will reimburse for certifications.

      Cons

      Hard work with little payoff or support. The high volume of tickets and High turnover makes it hard to want to stay. Will withhold raises if you don't get certifications and won't give raises once the certifications are complete

      Was a fun work environment; great people and management; company events such as picnics and happy hours. Good co-workers and overall good environment.

      Cons

      Documentation can be frustrating at times. Time Management can be hard at time with so much going on.
