Pros

Very communicative company. They like to call and email you several times per day. They post an awful lot of job opportunities on LinkedIn.

Cons

Management is completely unethical. Beware the bait and switch for jobs, lower than market salary and subpar benefits. Offer letter was labelled "Terms and Conditions" - BEWARE. Even tough there are items in the offer letter, be sure to double check they don't conflict with their employee handbook. That's their "out" for not giving employees what they previously stated in their offer letter.

Pros

There are absolutely no real pros to working here. The entire organization is driven by internal politics, favoritism, and personal alliances rather than competence or performance. Decisions are made behind closed doors, promotions go to the “chosen” people regardless of merit, and management spends more time protecting their own positions than supporting employees. If you’re expecting fairness, transparency, or leadership with integrity, you will be disappointed. The culture rewards those who play political games and punishes those who simply want to do their jobs. This is not a healthy or stable environment for anyone who values professionalism or career growth.

Cons

This company consistently chooses the cheapest possible path, even when it hurts productivity and employee well‑being. Management lacks transparency, avoids accountability, and rarely invests in the resources teams actually need. The culture feels reactive, understaffed, and unsupportive. If you value professional development or stable leadership, this is not the place.
