Pros

- The colleagues are nice and friendly. - The office is easily accessible by public transport. - Fresh fruits and snacks available.

Cons

- Company lacks strategic long term vision due to frequent change in priorities. - The biggest problem in the department was working under the boss for Sales and Business Development who is an incompetent person who lacks basic ethical standards which a human should have. Professionally, he lacks experience, maturity, communication skills and knowledge to lead, guide and drive the team in the right direction. Due to the confused direction, if the team under perform then the blames goes to individuals for the failures but if the team performs then he takes the credit. Personally, he is arrogant, temperamental and has anger management issues who humiliates the team members and people from other departments openly. He is a manipulative person who tries to infuse negativity in the team by pitching team members against each other and spreads lies. A lot of team members have left because of the person and more will leave if no action is taken. - Lack of business growth. - Company has no people management best practises and principles. - HR has no power in the company.

Pros

Nice snacks and fruits. Hardware is also excellent.

Cons

The people are sneaky, they enjoy gossips and put people against each other. You have always to be aware of what you say or share. The CEO is terrible, arrogant, and lazy. He lacks a lot of social skills and has doesn't care about the company nor the people. The salary never comes at the right time.

Pros

None really to specify in particular.

Cons

The second, larger invoice was not honoured and payment of invoice was refused after completion of a translation assignment. We were later given a 50% take-it-or-leave-it sort of an arrangement, after the company asked us to send them an invoice for the completed assignment. From a personal standpoint the dealing with our company was extremely unethical and would warn linguists or other translation companies from working with them.
