The tradeoff is that you are expected to perform. The team is full of smart, genuinely kind people, and it's energizing to be working at the forefront of immersive media and AI tooling. There's real opportunity here to take initiative, learn quickly, and have an impact on where the company goes. People who drive impact and figure things out are rewarded.

As with any fast-growing company, processes are still evolving and things can change quickly. Clearer cross-team communication and improved automation, but it's clear leadership is driving improvement in these areas and groups and the product have a come a long way in the last few years.
