Amazing they stay in business - Anonymous employee VistaVu Employee Review

VistaVu loves to talk about their great culture in the hiring process but it doesn’t take long to see how miserable everyone is. There is an air of tension and suspicion that grows with every layoff. New people are thrown into the deep end with no training, no support, no employee development or recognition. They expect you to kill yourself to hit your (unreasonable) targets and then fail to reward you for it. They haven’t paid the bonus in years - there’s always an excuse, even when they hit all the corporate KPIs. By far the cheapest company I have ever worked for. The Ceo/founder is at best a petulant child stomping his feet is a hissy fit and at worst a needlessly cruel megalomaniac. This company has zero focus lumbering from one poor business decision to another. Mass layoffs one month and hiring blitz the next. Stay away!
