No clear direction for company, way way too many chiefs, Sr. Chiefs don't let Managers do their job without getting overly involved, don't know how to level resources, no external training budget, no bonuses ever paid since I've been there, informational assets all over the place and not maintained, communication from top down changes on the same subject depending on who you talk to and day of the week, health spending account way way too low for a family, work life balance non existent, targets set too high and don't allow time for training or internal work to support growth of company, very very reactive vs being proactive. Also really unclear on what it means to be an "owner" of the company. And no regular review process so have no idea if are doing well or not.
