      Pros

      There are no pros. The company is trapped in 1994, and it will never progress.

      Cons

      The office is a dump. The salespeople are lazy and have not been trained. The head of sales is incompetent. Not only do I not recommend working there, I recommend not conducting business with Vistacom.

      *Moving forward with new ownership, this may change: -Small company feel -Fair pay, especially after some time -Good opportunities for non-college grads
