Pros

There are no pros. The company is trapped in 1994, and it will never progress.

Cons

The office is a dump. The salespeople are lazy and have not been trained. The head of sales is incompetent. Not only do I not recommend working there, I recommend not conducting business with Vistacom.

Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Co-workers are approachable. When you have to come into the office, there is free parking. Free coffee.

Cons

Unless you are part of the family, this family owned company is a toxic, sick environment to work. Earn commissions and the management team decides they contributed to your sale & they take a percent of the sale. The manager belittles his team behind their back on social media or to other co-workers. No desire to have a diverse workplace and minorities are not hired. Integrity is not part of the sales process. Dishonest fudging of numbers. Company should be named Vistacon.
