Pay is meh, treatment is awful - Laborer Visu-Sewer Employee Review

- pay is poor when you factor in that they don't pay you for multiple of your daily hours because they don't pay you to drive their vehicles from their shop to their worksite. -they pay you roughly 50% of your normal hourly rate when you’re at their shop preparing their equipment for use -They speak to you in derogatory ways and show almost none of their employees even basic courtesy or respect - no work life balance. Was told by other employees when I started that the hours and travel would likely destroy my marriage - never see your kids - their equipment is old and is always in disrepair
