      The pay is well and you get to work in a beautiful environment. I loved my coworkers

      Cons

      No communication from upper management. Inventory issues and lost of changes being made. Not a lot of path for growth unless you want to become a manager.

      Simple work if not complicated unnecessarily by the workers

      Cons

      Often equipment drivers are late picking and bringing loads to dock for shipment as a complication unneeded
