Fallen from grace.
Pros
Your coworkers are amazing people who will keep you going. The job used to be easy. The hours are nice and you will learn a lot, just not from trainers or managers, you'll learn form the other people on the floor working with you.
Cons
The company started bringing in investors and now two of them are managing departments even though is doesn't seem like they're qualified to do so. It is clear that the customer service departement is about to be dissolved by and go to online only, but they only want that if you're willing to work on site because they spent millions on the building and don't want to feel like the space was a waste of money to invest in. We were work from home for 3 years and then early 2023 it was mandatory for all of customer service to go back in the building but no other department was required to do so. They fired two managers in 2023 but didn't replace them and now can't find anyone to take the role. The director of customer service and the director of operations hate each other and one or both are actively trying to get the other one fired. They keep promoting people to supervisor and the demoting them or firing people outright. It is clear that the customer service department is dying and it seems like this is Miti's plan. She will tell you otherwise but it's because she is afraid of everyone quitting at once.
