Pros

I guess the health benefits but that's about it these days

Cons

- Excessive workload for the amount of people still employed in customer service. - Unrealistic production expectations. - Retaliation from superiors (NOT an open door company) - Increased drama from female superiors - Constant restructuring with no training in whatever position you are moved to - No more promotions..you'll likely never leave customer service - My interview promises were never met and the owner doesn't actually care anymore

Pros

Simple work if not complicated unnecessarily by the workers

Cons

Often equipment drivers are late picking and bringing loads to dock for shipment as a complication unneeded
