Heavily overstaffed in most departments, too many hands in all cookie jars, under qualified departmental management. Their definition of company culture is having an "in house" social media application for public communication that allows staff to post (sometimes passive aggressively) to each other so everyone can read it - gossipy.
Department managers lack professionalism and experience and openly discuss terminating other staff they "don't like" in front of anyone. Alot of time wasted, great place to work if you don't like to have anything to do or like to do "make work projects".
Use a free ERP system that is ill equipped to handle their growth and business structure.
They may have financial issues as pay does not come on time. I had to actively pursue payment.
