Management seriously underpaying junior staff and taking advantage of them. Making them work late and piling on pressure and increased workload whilst not employing enough staff in order to save money and make themselves good in front of the board. Messy processes and tech issues. Management not listening to employee concerns and constant fobbing then off with excuses. Director of operations has made a real mess no wonder people have quit. HR was completely lacking with an outside consultant who used an excuse not to listen to employees by claiming he does not work for Vitesse. Diversity and inclusion is seriously lacking and socials are based around drinking. There was talk of training for this but never materialised. Management desperately need diversity and inclusion training to be more inclusive towards people from diverse backgrounds. Management deliberately try to squeeze out employees that require flexible working around childcare. Management make promises of promotion that do not materialise. No career development, training or appraisals.
