      Pros

      Nice people overall. Although high turnover rate so don't get too attatched!

      Cons

      Always issues with getting paid for commissions on sales. No base pay and expected to work long hours to hit unreasonable targets. MLM company where your leader makes percentage off of your commissions and their leader makes a percentage and so on etc.

      They will hire almost anyone

      Cons

      Bad training, bad management, way too much meetings, commissions get stolen on the backend by IT, etc
