Pros

WFH! Nothing more! Absolutely nothing!

Cons

I don’t even know where to start! Pay is the worse. Other companies pay much more hourly and much more in bonus. The supervisor short and loves hockey is a total waist. He never acknowledges his employees. Has his team leader do all his dirty work. Lies lies and more lies come out of his mouth. The scooter hero supervisor is an instigator of drama. Both think they are smarter than anyone on the floor! The supervisor in recovery has never worked as an agent in recovery and has completely ruined the department. He has favorites along with his female boss starts with an E. She allows Arkansas agent to do what ever they want. While Draper agent can’t breathe right in her eyes! They are loosing all the employees that work hard not cheat hard. Get better supervisors. These 2 are just hungry for attention and control. The CEO is absolutely withdrawn from the company. You can’t talk to him when is is around. No one will allow it. You can’t express any concerns to him. He has no clue that the operations department is in total shambles. And if you do find someone to complain to, watch out they all come for you! You will regret using the open door policy. Don’t believe any of the good reviews on here. They are people in higher management just trying to increase the star reviews. Last but not least THEY ARE OUTSOURCING! BOO

Pros

Was a very nice, niche credit card company when it was HelpCard. Loyalty from the old days. Benefits, Remote work (Post Covid)

Cons

Most C Suites were standoffish and did not interact will with the employees. Progressive Leasing management style for Leasing was not an ideal fit for the credit card operation.
