Nursing staff in particular demonstrated inconsistent professionalism, including poor communication, lack of accountability, and behavior that contributed to a stressful work environment. There appeared to be limited support for staff experiencing burnout or mental health challenges, despite the nature of the work. Case management dynamics at times felt more adversarial than collaborative, and boundaries for roles such as Prevention Specialists were not consistently respected. Overall, internal culture often detracted from the ability to effectively serve clients.
