Promoting internally, making sure boot licks who had no idea about supervision were in charge as long as they agreed with everything management told them. The culture of the company is horrible, it promotes suck ups and people who have no idea what they are doing but if they suck up hard enough to management their jobs will be safe even if they lose tools, keys, vehicles etc.
