Pros

The people. The people were wonderful. Every single person I worked with was incredibly supportive and cared about my success. It made it hard to leave.

Cons

The pay and the job itself. I was thrown peanuts for what was expected to be 60 hour work weeks. I was expected to come in on weekends to “hustle” and build my book of business. That’s fine if you expect that, but pay your employees a living wage. Especially if you make them pay for parking. We were also discouraged from taking time off because we were “still on salary” even though it was barely anything. Work life balance in your first few years does not exist here.

Pros

Vizance has the best culture of any company I have worked with by far. The leadership team is positive and collaborative with a true "teaching hospital" mentality. There are so many workflows and procedures in place to help with anything the team needs and there are structured training programs for new hires. The insurance industry isn't for everyone, but If you put in the work you will be successful here.

Cons

Compensation is sometimes lower than large public agencies

Pros

None. Horrible. Run away fast! Worst place I have ever worked on my 35 years of working.

Cons

Terrible upper management. Super fake. They do not care any you. Bad cult. Like joining a bad church. Work you like a dog. Very under paid. They sue their employees when they leave and stalk their Facebook. Definitely not a healthy environment or culture. So glad I found a way better place that actually cares about it's employees!
