The pros of working at ViziRecruiter start with the great people who make up the company. Our CEO is dynamic and has previously created five other successful start-ups. Those who work in start-ups are some of the most talented people in their respective fields and they're there because they want to build something of value… It's not just a job; it's a mission! Choosing to take a risk with a new company, to do something they believe in, is incredibly inspiring to me. I feel lucky to be a part of a company where I can be creative and innovative in a variety of areas as I learn and grow daily. The company is fueled by a group of passionate individuals with one goal. ViziRecruiter encourages creativity, individualism, and is void of hierarchy. This isn't something you come across at every company and I can't wait to see what the future holds as ViziRecruiter continues to grow.
